Sex coaching can be talk only or somatic (body based). We utilize tantric practices of breath, sound, movement, sensation and visualization. As Certified Erotic Blueprint Coach I always incorporate the blueprints into my work (and everyday life). With my clients, I utilize advanced coaching and processing techniques designed to remove emotional charge leaving you at choice instead of being on autopilot.
Difference between coaching and therapy
is that Therapy mainly focuses on the past and bringing you into the present. Therapy is a medicalization, diagnosing and treating.
Coaching does not pathologize. Coaching acknowledges the past while being more present and future focused. Coaches partner with you to assess where you are now and create a vision of what you want and action plans on how to get there.
