Difference between coaching and therapy

is that Therapy mainly focuses on the past and bringing you into the present. Therapy is a medicalization, diagnosing and treating.

Coaching does not pathologize. Coaching acknowledges the past while being more present and future focused. Coaches partner with you to assess where you are now and create a vision of what you want and action plans on how to get there.
