Introducing the Erotic Alignment Workbook
Each morning, we are born again. What we do today is what matters most. ― Buddha
Most of us never got a say in our own sexual values. They were handed to us — by culture, by family, by religion, by what was said and everything that wasn’t. We absorbed them quietly, and then spent years living by rules we may never consciously choose.
I built the Erotic Alignment Workbook to change that. Here’s what it is, why it exists, and who it’s for.
What Erotic Alignment is
The Erotic Alignment Workbook is a guided, journal-based tool for identifying the sexual and relational values you’re currently living by — and consciously choosing which ones you want to keep, which you’re ready to release, and how to actually embody the shift.
It’s not a lecture and it’s not a rulebook. There’s no “correct” set of values it’s steering you toward. It’s a structured space to get honest with yourself, without moralizing and without medicalizing what you find.
I Created this Workbook for ALL of us
Here’s the thing most of us never hear out loud:
People are sexual beings from conception until death. We all move through appropriate stages of sexual development and expression throughout our lives. You cannot de-sexualize a person.
And yet most of us make our decisions about sex and relationships completely unconsciously. We’re just running old programming — and living out of alignment with our own values doesn’t just feel off, it feels unsafe. There is underlying acceptance of cognitive dissonance that drives the same disappointing patterns to repeat, over and over, without us ever understanding why.
The Erotic Alignment workbook interrupts that. When you know your values, live them, and know how to repair when you drift, everything downstream gets easier — consent, confidence, communication, self-acceptance, actual pleasure, healthier relationships with substances, with partners, with yourself.
A few major shifts worth naming here:
The difference between our mind, brain. The mind is the infinite possibilities- meta physical/non physical. The brain is a single processing machine that is physical.
We need to change our mind. The brain and body will follow.
There’s no such thing as “losing control.” We always move toward what we believe will make us happiest in the moment — we just haven’t always seen a better option yet. Once you genuinely see one, change gets a lot easier than people expect.
I found over time, my attitudes, ideals and beliefs around sexuality and relationships has changed over time. This is a process I would like to share with you if you are interested in changing your mind.
This workbook is for anyone who’s ready to stop running on inherited scripts and ‘get out of their head’
— whether that’s around monogamy, pleasure, consent, gender expression, or anything else nobody ever let you sit down and actually think through.
This is for you if you want to change your mind, feel more integrity in relating and shift your behaviors. Experience more connection, confidence, safety, pleasure and fulfillment when it comes to sexuality and relationships.
You don’t need to be in crisis. You don’t need to have anything figured out. You just need a real willingness to look honestly at what you believe, and why.
One ground rule that shapes the whole workbook: normal is what’s normal for you. There are countless healthy ways to live a sexual and relational life that never make it into the mainstream conversation. This isn’t about pushing you toward any particular lifestyle — it’s about helping you find yours.
A Small Taste of the Process
The workbook walks through five stages — Investigation & Awareness, Deliberation & Discernment, Process, Imagination, and Embodiment. Here’s a glimpse of where it starts:
Investigation. Before anything else, you excavate. Set a timer for 10–30 minutes and sit with a single prompt: When it comes to sex and relationships, what did you learn from your culture and family? Not what you think you should say — what you actually absorbed. Then you sort it: which of those values are still genuinely yours, and which ones you’re only carrying out of habit.
That’s it. One honest question, asked on purpose, is usually where everything starts to shift.
