Stacie Ysidro, founder of Holistic Progressions and co-founder of St Pete Retreat (2021-2025), has been guiding individuals and couples toward erotic freedom, full self-acceptance, and authentic expression since 2009. Her work creates space for clients to embrace their sexuality with grace and ease, whether online or in person. Couples retreats and couples events are some of the most requested options.
Drawing from her experience as a consensual sex worker, Stacie has developed a unique philosophy around sexuality, agency, and empowerment.
Leading to the development of The Guide to Sexuality Professionals. Helping people choose the right intimacy professional based on their needs.
She creates bespoke sex coaching edutainment experiences for clients by weaving together sexology education, breathwork, kink, movement, sounding, Zen philosophy, somatic coaching, and ancient tantric arts.
After multiple years in 12-step programs and practicing harm reduction, Stacie has cultivated a fresh perspective centered on freedom. She speaks openly about choice, substance use, sex work, alternative lifestyles, and the vital importance of integrating sexuality into the whole self.
Stacie is recognized as a Certified Sex Coach by the World Association of Sex Coaches. She was certified by world-renowned sexologist Jaiya as an Erotic Blueprint™ Coach in 2018 and served as a Lead Coach in that community until 2025.
Her credentials also include certifications in Accelerated Evolution, Energy Leadership, and most recently, the Freedom Model Certification (2026).
Beyond her coaching practice, Stacie co-hosts a monthly business networking chapter of the Women’s Impact Network, affiliated with the Tampa Business Club, and has been belly dancing professionally for over 25 years in the Tampa Bay Area.
Stacie is a Minister in the Madonna Ministries Interfaith Community and mentors people going pro with Next Generation SW Mentorship programs through Sexcessfull Journey. A mother of two adult children, she enjoys lifting weights, bike rides, dancing, baking, and gardening.
